Information, Location and Office Hours
Hours Of Operation
Appointments are reserved:
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Emergency Dental Care
For your convenience and to serve your emergency needs we offer a 24-hour phone line. If you are a patient of record and have a dental emergency at a time that our practice is closed, please call the main office number (316) 684-8440 and you will be given instructions on how to reach us. Dr. Tilton or a staff member will contact you as soon as possible.
Referrals
We always accept new patients into our practice and we happily welcome your friends and family!
Your referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and is greatly appreciated.
Appointments
Please give us at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you are scheduled on a Monday, please contact us by the previous Thursday morning. When you are in the office for routine hygiene care we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit. This is especially important if you want those "highly desirable" early and late time slots.
Dental Insurance
If you belong to a traditional insurance plan we can assist you by filing your insurance claim. Traditional insurance is typically one in which you can choose any dentist you desire. Our practice does not belong to any PPO or DMO insurance plans. If you are not sure what type of plan you have, we will be happy to call for you and explain your benefits to the best of our ability.
Electronic submission of insurance claims is our new standard. Due to this new, faster technology; many of our patients receive their payments within 5 working days.
Due to an increase in administrative costs and to avoid raising our fees, we ask patients that have Delta Dental and Blue Cross and Blue Shield to pay at the time of service, since those companies reimburse their insureds directly.
We are happy to predetermine treatment expenses as this will help you estimate out-of-pocket expense.
Patients who do not have dental insurance are also asked to pay when the dental services are rendered.
Payment Options
Our computer system has over 800 insurance plans on file and tracks the payment schedules for many of them. Our staff will estimate your insurance coverage at each visit and ask you to pay the difference each time. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE only. If there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid we will bill you.

Our office is located at 404 So. Edgemoor, Suite 320 in Wichita, Kansas.
We are approximately one block north of Kellogg on the east side of the street.
