Cerec
Note the CEREC machine in the photo.
Here we are doing a ceramic onlay. This restoration will bring a tooth back to original strength (or virgin strength) without grinding it down for a crown. It essentially replaces the existing filling. It is accomplished in one appt. using CAD-CAM technology. It is a very conservative approach, saving a lot of tooth structure.

Air Abrasion
(Drilless Dentistry)
The wand I am holding dispenses powder under pressure that gently removes tooth structure and decay without vibration and 'cutting' tooth---which causes pain. This is used in conjuction with our laser cavity detector. (Diagnodent).

Diagnodent
Our laser cavity detector, (Diagnodent) detects very small areas of decay that can be easily restored with Air Abrasion and bonded, tooth colored filling material.

Bonding of anterior teeth: Tooth colored filling bonded over front of tooth to change shape or color. Done when only minimal change needed.
